Notice of Planned System Upgrade - Temporary Service Unavailability
 

Dear Customer,

This is to inform you of a planned essential system upgrade, which is part of our ongoing commitment to provide you with better and more efficient banking services.

The system upgrade will be carried out from 10 PM BST on Friday, 12 September 2025, to 7:30 AM BST on Saturday, 13 September 2025.

During this period, the Corporate Online Banking channel will be unavailable, impacting the following services:

1. Online banking services.

2. Payment services.

We kindly request you to:

1. Plan ahead for any transactions or services you require during this period.

2. Ensure all necessary requests are submitted before the cut-off time of 2:30 PM BST on Friday, 12 September 2025, to allow for processing before the system upgrade begins.

3. Download in advance any required reports or statements needed during the period.
